Shingleback Off Road Partners with Ride Nation

AusCycling is pleased to announce a new partnership with Australian bike rack and trailer manufacturer, Shingleback Off Road.

Shingleback Off Road is a family-owned business which carefully designs, tests and builds innovative bike racks and trailers that are made to survive the harshest of Australian conditions.

This partnership will see Shingleback Off Road become the official trailer supplier for Ride Nation Wollongong.

In 2022, Ride Nation Wollongong will provide a series of exciting and engaging bike immersion day activations to all primary schools across the Illawarra.

Shingleback Off Road will be supporting these programs by supplying one of their multi-purpose Outrigger bike trailers to ferry bikes from school to school.

“AusCycling approached Shingleback for a safe, multi-purpose solution to help support Ride Nation and other associated projects. We are ecstatic to launch the Shingleback Outrigger Bike Trailer, which is adapted to carry BMX, road and eMTB and MTB bikes,” said Andrew Taylor, Director and Co-Owner of Shingleback Off Road.

“It’s the ultimate solution for a nationwide grassroots riding program catering for every level of rider, and every bike type.”

Agostino Giramondo, EGM of Commercial, Clubs and Community at AusCycling said that “it’s fantastic to partner with another Australian owned and operated company where there is a shared vision to make an impact on the development of our sport.”

“Cycling has seen incredible growth throughout the pandemic, and with the ongoing support of Ride Nation from new partners like Shingleback Off Road, the development of our riders will only continue to improve in the new year and beyond.”

AusCycling and Shingleback Off Road will be continuing to grow their partnership together in the future, with great offers for members expected in the new year.
