How do I join Ride Nation as a provider?

Email success@ridenation.com.au with your details. Our team can then set up an account for you. The team will reach out to request some time to show you how to use the platform, if you would like this training.

Why can't I add our website URL into an advert description or provider page?

Marketplacer does not allow for direct traffic off-platform, as it can impact conversion via the marketplace. This is standard practice on marketplaces.

How do I check if participants are AusCycling members?

Membership verification functionality is not built into the Ride Nation platform. As a workaround, you can ask the participant to list their membership number by adding a question in the registration form. You can verify membership on arrival at your session by asking the participant to display their digital membership card.

How do I change my password?

If you know your password, login to your account and head to Account Settings by clicking the three dots in the top right-hand corner. If you do not know your password, email success@ridenation.com.au or your account manager, to have it reset.

How long will it take me to receive funds paid by a customer?

It will take maximum of two weeks to receive funds following the payment of a customer. AusCycling collect all funds and distribute these during their fortnightly payment run.

How do refunds work?

Providers need to refund their participants directly. The functionality of the payment provider used for Ride Nation and Marketplacer, does not allow for payment to be held until a session has run. Therefore, a provider may be paid by Ride Nation before their program has run. If Ride Nation had to refund the participant, they would then need to collect the funds from the provider. This is functionality that we would love to improve, and will be looked at consistently by our team.

How should I promote my programs?

Whilst Ride Nation have a marketing strategy to drive people to the marketplace via our social media channels, we encourage providers and clubs to share their advert via their own social media channels. We see the most success with a collaborative approach. Ride Nation will promote Service adverts via social media channels.
